I liked:
I found the rooms to be spacious and very clean. I was more than suprised when we walked in the door, and I found our cleaners supburb !!!!!! The location was fantastic and I WILL be staying again for sure !!!! |

This past weekend was our second visit here: we love the location, staff is friendly and helpful, garage parking is right next door; no complaints about cleanliness |

I disliked:
However, this visit we found: the first room we went to smelled strongly of smoke - on a no-smoking floor! We were moved and found the second room smelled faintly of smoke. OK, we stayed.
Room had definitely gone downhill since our first visit two months ago: comfy armchair had been removed from the room; no wastebaskets except in kitchen and bathroom; a glass from the kitchen was full of dishwashing liquid (found out after I took a swig of milk);
And this is the real dealbreaker for future visits: the bed was unbelievably hard, which we didn't find out until we went to bed late Friday night. I don't mean uncomfortable, I mean HARD AS A ROCK! My husband and I spent two sleepless nights on that bed.
Too bad, we thought we had found our favorite hotel in NYC. I don't know if they are under new management, but this experience was very different from the first. |

Rooms were clean, good location to walkabout. People there were friendly. I have stayed several times. Good to have a kitchen too. |

Bathroom though clean a bit old and shower was a bit weak. |
